During an important visit to Prince Othman Digna Referral Hospital, Dr. Abdelmounem E. Abdo, Director of the Advisory Board for Gastroenterology, announced the upcoming resumption of services at the hospital’s Gastroenterology Department, confirming that endoscopy services will be available very soon for patients. Dr. Abdo praised the efforts made to develop the hospital and called for continued work and intensified efforts to restore and enhance all diagnostic and therapeutic services to meet the expectations of citizens.
In a statement, Dr. Mohamed Kamal, the hospital director, said:
"We are working with all our efforts to restart the Gastroenterology Department and provide modern endoscopy services, ensuring the best healthcare for our patients. This step is part of a comprehensive plan to develop the hospital and restore all medical services, and we are committed to continuing our work to achieve a qualitative improvement in the level of healthcare provided."
